We confirm the blockage with a visual inspection, or with a small inspection camera. We remove and capture it to the nearest access point. If a cleaning was also requested, we follow up with a full service.

How it works
Confirm the obstruction is inactive and safe to handle
Locate it and choose the nearest controlled retrieval direction
Remove and capture the material without pushing it deeper
Verify the pathway, check performance, and document the next step
Why it matters
An obstruction restricts airflow, which lowers dryer performance and adds wear on the appliance over time. Heavy blockages also raise the risk of trapped heat and moisture, so they're worth addressing promptly rather than waiting.

Cleaning priced separately — Based on the vent’s access category
Ordinary lint removal is part of dryer vent cleaning; substantial blockage or inactive nesting material removal is a separate service. If the remaining duct also needs cleaning, rates are $149 for normal-access side-wall service, $199 for second-story access, or $249 for a safely serviceable roof vent. Hood and duct repairs require separate approval. We do not remove live wildlife, active nests, eggs, protected species, or biological contamination.
