Bathroom Exhaust Fan Cleaning

Detailed dry cleaning of accessible bathroom exhaust fan components. The first fan is $49 when added to a service visit.

What to expect

We protect the area and de-energize the fan as appropriate, remove and wash the washable grille, vacuum the accessible housing and blower wheel, dry-wipe model-permitted components, reassemble the unit, and test the functions that were operating before service.

Signs you may need this service

Dust is packed into the grille or visible housing

The fan sounds louder, vibrates, or appears to draw less air

Moisture lingers longer after showers

The cover and accessible blower area have not been cleaned in years

How it works

1. Protect the area · 2. Identify the fan type, and de-energize as needed · 3. Clean the grille, accessible housing, blower wheel, and model-permitted components · 4. Reassemble, restore power, test, and document

Why it matters

Dust buildup can restrict the fan inlet and blower wheel, increase noise, and reduce basic exhaust performance. Cleaning accessible components supports better operation and makes wear or duct concerns easier to identify.

Pricing & important details

Pricing: the first bathroom exhaust fan is $49 as an add-on to another scheduled service; each additional fan at the same visit is $35. A cleaning can also be booked standalone, at our service minimum of $99. Exhaust-duct cleaning, fan installation, motor, heater, light, sensor or wiring repair, mold remediation, and certified CFM measurement are not included. A hand-feel or tissue check confirms basic draw only, not the fan’s rated airflow.

Serving Greenville, Greer, Taylors, Travelers Rest, Easley, Pickens, Powdersville, Mauldin, Five Forks, Simpsonville, Piedmont, and nearby Upstate communities.
